Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data aifly collects through aifly.pt, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and what rights the people who provide it have. It covers the marketing site; data handling inside the platform is governed by the contract signed with each agency and described under Data protection.

Data controller
To be confirmed before publication
The controller for data collected on this site is aifly, established in Portugal. Full legal name, tax number, registered address and registration number to be inserted before publication.

What we collect
We collect only what you give us directly through the demo request form:
- Your name and the agency’s trading name
- Your work email address
- Your phone number, where you provide one (optional field)
- The product types you sell and your approximate monthly booking volume
What we use it for
We use this data solely to contact you about the platform: to answer your request, arrange the demo and prepare a commercial proposal that fits what your agency sells.
We do not use it for third-party advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to other agencies.
Legal basis
Processing rests on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract — and, where it continues beyond that, on the legitimate interest in following up commercially on a contact you initiated yourself, under Article 6(1)(f).
How long we keep it
We keep form data for 24 months from the last meaningful contact. If you ask for deletion earlier, we delete once the request is verified, unless a legal retention duty applies.
Who we share it with
To be confirmed before publication
Form data is passed to the service that handles the site’s form submissions and is stored on the infrastructure where the site is hosted. Both act as processors, under a data processing agreement.
A named list of processors and their locations to be inserted before publication.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. There are no social network pixels and no sharing of browsing behaviour with third parties.
If audience measurement is added later, this policy is updated before it goes live and a consent request appears.
Your rights
As a data subject, you may at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you and obtain a copy
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask for your data to be erased
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (portability)
- Lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or your own national authority
How to exercise them
Write to agencias@aifly.com setting out the request. We answer within one month; if the request is particularly complex, we tell you about the extension and why.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form data is encrypted in transit and internal access is limited to the people who handle commercial requests.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes substantially, we publish the new version on this page with an updated date. Please check it before submitting new data.
