Every travel product, one platform to sell and operate on.
aifly gives your agency access to our supplier agreements and runs the whole cycle on top of them: search, quote, booking, ticketing, after-sales and the customer portal. No contracts of your own, no ten systems open at once.
One search across every supplier. One quote. One running account.
Ticketing under the platform’s own IATA accreditation. Agencies sell without holding one.
Worldwide content, the same tool in every market
The same pricing, ticketing and after-sales rules apply to a regional hop and to a long-haul on the other side of the world. Your agency works from wherever it is, sells wherever it wants, and the agent never switches tools because of the destination.
One platform, three ways in
I run an agency without IATA
Sell on our agreements and our ticketing, set your own margin and keep your customers. No contracts, no deposits with airlines. See the available content → MULTI-BRANCH NETWORKI have a team and more than one shop
Users by role, markup ceilings, per-branch permissions and consolidated reporting at head office. Each agent sees only what concerns them. See the operation → I ALREADY HAVE CONTRACTSI want to plug in my own inventory
We connect your GDS, NDC or hotel credentials and your private fares appear next to ours, in the same list. See rules and margins →Different sources, one list
The GDS, airline NDC and the hotel, car and activity engines all speak different languages. aifly normalises everything and merges the offers into one ranked search — the agent sees the best option, not the technical origin.
Classic content
The full breadth of the GDS, priced and ticketed by the platform, on the rails agents already trust.Straight from the airline
Richer fares, fare families and ancillaries, searched and booked in the same flow.Beyond the flight
Hotels, car hire, transfers, insurance and activities — suggested in context from the chosen flight.Your own contracts
Negotiated fares, allotments and offline product, managed on the platform and flagged in the list.Deduplicated, with your pricing rules already applied and ranked into a single list. A slow supplier stops blocking: results appear as they arrive, and a supplier that is down never produces a technical error on the agent’s screen.
From search to proposal without leaving the platform
Customers and passengers created once and reused. A cart holding flight, hotel, transfer and insurance. A proposal in your brand, accepted by link, repriced automatically before booking.
- The trip sits above the bookings — the agent thinks “New York”, not loose PNRs and vouchers.
- Contextual cross-sell — a hotel for the right dates, then the transfer, then insurance.
- Roles and ceilings — every agent with their own markup limit and permissions.
- Customer and invoicing in one place — tax details, passengers, documents, payments and invoices gathered on the customer record. Nothing in side spreadsheets.
- Ticketing time limit · today 23:59 BK-20415 · Rui Tavares · 2 tickets Issue
- Schedule change · +1h25 auto-accepted · transfer rescheduled Notify
- Refund with supplier · €1,428.00 estimated 8 Oct · customer told at every step Track
- Unflown ticket · €268.00 credit reusable until 20 Sep Use
What changes after you sell, handled on its own
The platform reads supplier queues and resolves whatever the rules allow: it accepts small schedule changes, tells the traveller, reschedules the affected transfer and extends time limits. Only what needs a decision reaches the agent.
- Schedule changes assessed for their impact on the rest of the trip
- Reissues and refunds with penalty, fee and final amount already worked out
- Unflown tickets with their validity, reusable on a new sale
An AI that only speaks from real data
Type the customer’s request the way they said it and the assistant builds the search, reads the fare conditions and drafts the proposal. It never invents a price or availability: every number comes from a real supplier query.
- Natural-language search — a request in plain text becomes a search with filters.
- Fare rules in plain English — what can change, what it costs, until when.
- A drafted proposal — written in your agency’s tone and the customer’s language.
- It never books, issues or refunds on its own — anything that moves money still goes through you.
Couple wants New York in the first week of October, one week, direct if possible, up to €2,000 per person
I searched OPO and LIS → NYC, 3–11 October, 2 adults. I found 3 options within budget, one of them direct on the way back.

The customer is yours — and so is the portal
Every traveller signs in through a magic link to an area carrying your agency’s logo, colours, registration number and contacts. They see the itinerary, the documents and what is left to pay, and they are told when something changes. Our brand shows up only in a discreet “powered by”.
- Tickets, vouchers, policies and invoices always in the same place
- Messages tied to the trip, without losing the thread
- Your own domain, along the lines of trips.youragency.com
- Never shows costs, suppliers or margins
The margin is yours and always in sight
You get the net price with our agreements applied and decide what to charge. Issue, reissue and refund fees set by zone, customer, route or supplier. The customer only ever sees the final price.
- Markup per booking, per product or global, within the agreed limit
- 30-day credit or prepaid, with a running account and its movements
- The agency invoices the customer, under its own legal details
- Invoices, receipts, payments and balances gathered on the customer record and the running account — no parallel system

Training and go-live
Two sessions with the team and support through the first bookings.
A consolidator issues the ticket. We operate the trip.
You still get ticketing on an IATA number and human support. The difference is what happens before and after: the quote, the rest of the trip, the invoicing and the customer.
| WHAT YOU NEED | CLASSIC CONSOLIDATOR | AIFLY |
|---|---|---|
| Ticketing on an IATA number | Partial: Yes, it is the core of the service | Yes: Yes, and without leaving the platform |
| Flight, hotel, transfer and insurance | Partial: Separate platforms per product | Yes: One cart and one quote |
| A quote for the customer | Partial: Outside the system, in email or a spreadsheet | Yes: A proposal in your brand, accepted by link |
| Customer record and invoicing | Partial: Each agency handles it separately | Yes: Gathered on the record and the running account |
| Changes and refunds | Partial: Requested by email or phone | Yes: Queues read and handled automatically |
| The traveller after buying | Partial: Left depending on the agency’s email | Yes: A portal in the agency’s brand |
| Technology | Partial: Often rented from a third party | Yes: Our own, with a roadmap for agencies |
A comparison of service models, not of specific suppliers. If you already work with a consolidator you can keep it — your own credentials connect to the platform.
Technology with people behind it
Automating the repetitive part does not replace having someone on the other end when a flight falls through the night before. The ticketing team answers on extended hours and there is an emergency line for trips in progress.
What pilot agencies say
We stopped having the GDS on one screen and the quotes spreadsheet on another. Time per proposal fell to less than half.
What won the team over was not the search, it was customers no longer calling to ask where the voucher is.
Seeing the margin on every result changed the way we sell. We used to find out at the end of the month.
Testimonials being gathered in the pilot programme — names and agencies go in before publication.
What agencies ask first
- Will you sell to my customers?
- No. The model is platform → agency → customer. We never contact the traveller, and no other agency reaches your data.
- Do I need to be IATA?
- No. The platform exists for independent and non-IATA agencies: it uses our agreements and our ticketing.
- Can I use my own contracts?
- Yes. We connect your credentials and your private fares appear next to ours, flagged in the list.
- How does payment work?
- Credit settled at 30 days, or prepaid with a balance. You always see what is available, the movements and what is still to settle.
- What about passenger data?
- Passports masked by role, with a record of who accessed them. Two-step authentication and data isolated per agency.
- Can the AI get a price wrong?
- No, because it is not the one producing prices. Every figure comes from a real supplier query with your rules applied. If the platform returns nothing, the assistant says it does not know.
- What if I want to leave?
- You export customers, bookings and documents at any time. No lock-in contract.
