These terms govern access to and use of the site aifly.pt. Access to the aifly platform and its use by travel agencies is governed by a separate written contract, which prevails over these terms wherever the two conflict.

Who we are

aifly is a travel content distribution and operations platform for travel agencies. Legal name, registered office, tax number and registration number to be inserted before publication.
What this site is for
This site is informational. It presents the platform and lets you request a demo. It is not a booking engine: you cannot search, book, ticket or pay for travel from here.
The nature of what is shown
The screens, figures, routes, prices, margins and names used to illustrate this site are examples built for demonstration. They are not an offer, an applicable fare, or a guarantee of availability or outcome.
Coverage figures, response times and service levels describe how the platform is intended to work and may vary by supplier, market and the terms agreed with each agency.
Acceptable use
In using this site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reach areas or systems you are not authorised to access
- Harvest data automatically in a way that degrades the service
- Use the content for unlawful or misleading purposes
- Provide untrue information in the contact form
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to aifly unless stated otherwise. Third-party marks referred to — notably IATA, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport and airline brands — belong to their respective owners and are named only to identify the sources of distributed content.
Naming those marks implies no sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation by their owners.

Where this site links out, we neither control nor answer for the content, availability or privacy practices of those pages.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but the site is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aifly is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular for wilful misconduct or for harm to life and physical integrity.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes arising from use of this site fall to the courts of the district of aifly’s registered office, to the exclusion of any other.
Alternative dispute resolution

In a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. The competent body is to be named before publication, under Portuguese Law 144/2015.
